Section 1

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and pgdream ("pgdream", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pgdream.net (the "Platform").

These Terms govern all access to and use of the pgdream Platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and associated services made available through the Platform to users in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with pgdream's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pgdream Platform is strictly intended for adults. In accordance with Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), you must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. pgdream reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The Platform is operated for users located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pgdream Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pgdream makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pgdream Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pgdream shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

Section 3

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgdream account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pgdream will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pgdream immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. You should also change your password immediately. pgdream reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your pgdream account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally. You are fully responsible for all transactions and actions taken under your account credentials.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pgdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven cash-in (via Cliqq). pgdream reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on the pgdream Platform is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). Deposits below this threshold may be rejected automatically. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

pgdream aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. pgdream does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification (KYC), used at least one payment method on the account, and met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pgdream offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed on each individual promotion page at the time of claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pgdream reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is abusing or attempting to abuse our promotional system. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the pgdream Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. pgdream shall not be liable for losses arising from a user's failure to understand game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on the pgdream Platform that are not live dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by pgdream and its game providers are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pgdream does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, pgdream reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund any wager placed during the affected period. No bets placed during a verified malfunction shall be honoured. pgdream's decision on the outcome of technical disputes is final and binding.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules governing settlement, void conditions, in-play wagering, and maximum payout limits. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the pgdream Platform. pgdream reserves the right to void or suspend any market where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or where settlement information is unavailable or disputed.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgdream Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using VPNs, proxy services, or other means to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to pgdream support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward pgdream staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the pgdream Platform — including but not limited to the pgdream name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgdream or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pgdream.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgdream, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any technical malfunction or communication failure beyond pgdream's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pgdream makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

Section 11

Privacy & Data

pgdream collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by users in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and our Privacy Policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgdream implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal data and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely as necessary to operate the Platform and meet our legal obligations.

Section 12

Suspension & Termination

12.1 By pgdream

pgdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete identity verification, abusive behaviour, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination for cause, pgdream reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within a reasonable period, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit payment method.

12.2 By the User

You may close your pgdream account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of account closure may be forfeited. Note that voluntary account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool instead to prevent re-registration.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and pgdream within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Section 14

Amendments

pgdream reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where required, we may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pgdream Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
